Chiara inaugurates the Gen2 house, explaining that homes too must bear witness to God: not only goodness and truth, but also beauty. She invites them to care for harmony, order, and simplicity, so that whoever enters may perceive the presence of Jesus in the midst. The houses of the Work must be beautiful and suited to their surroundings, welcoming to all, as Mary would have done with Jesus.
