The direct link of Chiara with the youth, beginning with Genfest 1985, marks the going out into public life of Youth for a United World, the great youth movement born at the heart of the Focolare Movement . This took place on February 9, 1983, at an event in which the Gen boys and girls are the main animators. A collection of foundational messages and texts, in chronological order, that open up the horizon of the united world and put it into context contribute to forming young people of today to the ideal of unity, within the various 'pathways’.
