Als we met het bovennatuurlijke oog naar onze wereld kijken zien we dat de wereld neigt naar eenheid. En juist door te kijken naar de dingen zoals ze zijn kunnen we ook onze beweging begrijpen. De volle eenheid is alleen in God. De eenheid is het ideaal van Jezus; Hij is op aarde gekomen om de eenheid van alle mensen met de Vader en de eenheid van de mensen onder elkaar tot stand te brengen. En ook de Kerk werkt aan de eenheid van de mensen met God en onderling. We kunnen ons deel doen, zodat de eenheid in de wereld echt kan
